This page collects the questions companies often ask before or during their cooperation with Corsax - from accounting services and prices to changing accountant, taxes and getting started. If you don't find the answer to your question here, do get in touch.
Corsax pricing is split into six tiers: "Inactive", "Micro", "Start", "Active", "Business" and "Large". The smallest tier starts at EUR 50 per month; for larger companies the price is set individually, based on transaction volume, employees and the nature of the work.
We work with companies across many industries - services, retail, manufacturing, IT and more.

The price depends on how complex the company's activity is, the number of monthly transactions and the number of employees. Corsax uses pricing tiers from "Inactive" to "Business", while for larger or more specific companies the price is set individually.
The accountant usually needs information about the company's transactions - issued and received invoices, receipts, bank payments, cash documents, and the data needed for payroll if the company has employees. At the start of the cooperation we agree which documents are needed for your particular company's accounts.
Yes, you can switch accountants mid-year too. In that case it's important to understand the state of the existing records, which documents are available and what information needs to be taken over, so the cooperation can start correctly.

Yes - if the company needs specially prepared reports or data for management decisions, this can be agreed during the cooperation. The scope of the reports depends on the accounting data and what information the company actually needs in practice.
In an export transaction it's important to understand who the counterparty is, which documents support it and how the transaction should be reflected in the accounts. In a consultation we help assess the specific situation and explain which tax and accounting matters to consider before the transaction.
First, the nature of the error, the period and its effect on already-submitted reports or returns must be established. We help you understand whether the error can be corrected in the existing records or whether an amendment is needed, and how to document the chosen solution.
At a moment like that it's important to act calmly and understand which documents are being requested and which period the questions concern. In a consultation we help assess the situation, prepare an explanation and work out how to answer the questions raised during the audit.
It's worth thinking about the annual report in good time, not only when it's already due, because the report draws on the whole year's accounting. In a consultation we help you understand which documents and data to check, how to assess open questions and how to prepare for filing the report.

When starting a new business, it's important to understand which tax obligations will arise from the chosen operating model, the transactions and from taking on employees. We help you build a tax plan and strategy, prepare the necessary returns and answer any unclear questions in person or remotely.
Not always. In some cases, self-employed status with the State Revenue Service (VID) can be enough to begin with, especially when the scale of activity is still small and you can keep the accounts clearly yourself. We help assess the situation so you don't start with a more complicated form than you actually need.
It depends on the type of SIA chosen, the shareholders' decision and the company's planned activity. During incorporation it's important to understand which share-capital arrangement suits your particular situation and how to state it correctly in the documents.
The time depends on how quickly all the necessary information is available, whether the documents are prepared correctly and how they are signed and submitted. If everything is clear and the documents are in order without errors, the process usually goes more smoothly.
In some situations the manager can keep the accounts themselves, but you have to weigh the responsibility, the tax matters and the document-flow requirements. Before making such a decision, it's worth understanding whether it will still be practical and safe once the company starts to grow.
